Did not like the booking of the breakfast slots we missed 2 morning as we was not aware of the slots. So had to purchase breakfast somewhere else but I have already paid for it.

We stayed here for a few nights with our two kids. The room was big enough for all of us and quiet enough. The AC worked well. The hotel is just a few blocks from a Rewe in case you need to pick up some groceries. There are a few restaurants close by as well. Public transportation is close by and only a few stops from the center of town. I had to work a few nights so I went downstairs and their wifi was good. I sat at the bar/restaurant and had some snacks and drinks and the staff was very nice. There are meeting rooms but they all cost extra.

Lufthansa has lost our luggage for 2 days after arrival and the whole staff took it upon themselves to support us in any way possible, including trying their best to minimize any costs for us from their side. It was amazing to be surrounded by so many professionals who tried to give their utter best to make us feel comfortable in our most uncomfortable situation as being a 4 head family. Talking about family value: the staff managed time and time again to make our kids laugh and interested in everything they could bring up to distract them from our problems, they loved them all and wanted a hug from everyone before we had to leave, which I think says enough about the honesty they received from the staff. The breakfast was a true pleasure as the staff was apparently in the picture about our situation and communicated with us in a very soothing way, trying to bring us as much comfort as they could, which was an amazing feeling to say the least. My deepest respect to the teams and the management for hiring such amazing people and again: A huge thank you for everything!!! xxx

The location is incredible, a few steps from the Metro lines. The location is close to the lake, very nice to stroll on the margins of the lake. The staff is very helpful, and the facility and rooms were clean.

Very clean room. Breakfast -good. Near is Rewe and Edeka supermarkets. And the Ubahn is next to the hotel.

The hotel is new, located in a calm area but still not too far from city center, amazing breakfast. The staff is great especially I would like to mention Mr. Rajab for being so kind with us securing that the rooms were given before policy time, great person with a gold touch with customers and also to thank Mrs. Mara at the breakfast in the morning super helpful and kind.

Fantastic helpful staff, very comfortable beds and rooms, great breakfast selection, good bar with very tasty bar food. Brilliant location next to the underground

Modern (but small) room with a nice bathroom. Excellent location very close to the subway (it is at the exit of the hotel)
